ABOUT US

Justice For The 110 is a coalition of committed people working towards justice and reparations for the 110 enslaved Africans brought to America aboard the slave ship Clotilda. The aim is to not only educate the world on what the survivors endured, but to also highlight their accomplishments in the years following the Civil War. Despite significant obstacles, their determination to establish Africatown, create a governing body, build schools and churches—and to ultimately become U.S. citizens is an inspirational story.

As we move towards the arc of justice, we stand on the shoulders of our ancestors and members of the original descendant organization 'Africatown Direct Descendants of Clotilda', Inc. 1984 who's mission was to preserve the culture & heritage of the Last Africans to come to America. We recognize those members and their legacy for keeping this story fully alive.

The old life is gone; a new life emerges! Look at it! All this comes from God who settled the relationship between us and him, and then called us to settle our relationships with each other.
